Funnily enough when we first spoke to this family business they didn’t really want a website, they were so busy cutting keys and dealing wth customers in their Tooting shop they didn’t really want any more business – they just ‘thought they ought to have a website as everyone else has’ ! We started promoting their higher profit lines such as security gates and grills and they soon decided that having a website was very definitely a good idea !
