of choice. Wedding catering is a speciality, as well as corporate catering
for grand events. The recent introduction of Executive lunch boxes and the
chocolate fountain has proved particularly popular."
A mouth watering website to do ! ... and also a great success for French
chef Thierry. This is a good example of someone who knew nothing about websites
when he started, but has worked hard to promote his site, and reaped generous
dividends.
We are both sculptors and designers with many years experience but we still
found it no easy task to come up with our initial range, particularly to
fulfil the brief as mentioned earlier. Our first instinct was to go wild
and wacky but we soon realised that we do need to appeal to a broad market.
However we are working on new ideas constantly and do intend to explore
more sculptural pieces in the future. Watch this space."
